Uptown is a massive new Shopping Centre in Saanich, greater Victoria, Canada. Stores inside the mall began to open in June 2010. Here’s a list of shops and stores that have been reported as open at the mall.

Hey, are these all the stores that are going to be in the mall at the end of the malls construction? Or are there more to come? It’s been rumored that theres going to be a Forever 21 and H&M, I’m just wondering if thats true. Thanks!
Hi Chantelle, I suggest you email the companies and ask them! I have, and I think the more people do, the more they will consider it! Get all your friends too. In fact maybe we should start a facebook group! We definately need those stores here!

Hi Chantelle, Bob and Kate: As yet, Forever 21 and other stores have not announced that they will be coming to Uptown.
Uptown’s second phase is scheduled to open in the summer of 2012… but as yet we don’t know which shops will fill it.

It would be much better if they got some stores in that we don’t already have. Victoria is small and doesn’t have much choice – repeating stuff is just annoying! If they get some new names maybe we won’t have to go over to the mainland to shop…

I heard that Bath and Bodyworks is coming to Uptown this winter but I haven’t seen it yet. Is this also a rumor?
I need a directory or map of Uptown. I couldn’t find Rogers Wireless when I was there. I need to know the closest place to park to it.

Is there going to be a playplace in this mall? The playplaces in almost all of the malls in Calgary are awesome – a nice treat for the kids when going to the mall (not to mention totally free). If it’s not in the plans the management should seriously look into it. I’m shocked and disappointed that there’s really nothing like this in Victoria (other than what they have at Hillside Mall which of course is better than nothing).
